Bring your ideas to life in our studios, workplaces and office spaces, and draw inspiration from the unique environment. We are here to provide the tailored support you need. Whether you’re creating a TV show, photo reportage or online radio programme. Become part of the M community, come into contact with other makers and take full advantage of our many facilities.
Organising an event
There is also plenty of space in M for your meeting or presentation. Just let us know what you need and we’ll ensure your event is one to remember. In our portfolio you’ll find everything you need to know about the different spaces in the building, the services we offer and how, for example, to set up a network meeting.

As well as studios and workplaces, M-Mediagebouw has a great reception area and healthy, sustainable catering. Enjoy our fresh daily menu in the restaurant, order coffee with a tasty treat from the cafe or kick back in the lounge and give yourself some headspace. Or for inspiration, wander over to the Media Patio and watch from the gallery fellow media professionals going about their work.

Working towards sustainability
We have designed and furnished M with sustainability in mind. The building is energy-efficient (label B) and was renovated in 2018 using environmentally-friendly materials. We use 100% Dutch wind- and solar energy and will soon have switched over completely to LED lighting. For our productions, we employ the Albert Sustainable Production Certification, a CO2 calculator, to work out and reduce energy use per production.
The building is encircled by a biodiverse garden based on the Tiny Forest concept, and we have a green roof. We are constantly striving to make our building and grounds even more sustainable.
We are also forward-thinking when it comes to food, with our menus that offer plenty of organic and plant-based options.
M is also a partner of Media Groen (Media Green), a collective of media organisations helping make the broadcasting industry in Hilversum more sustainable. So that the country’s media capital can continue to thrive in social, economic and ecological terms in the future.
